Head of Safety Security and Quality Assurance

Zenon is recruiting for a Permanent Head of Safety, Security and Quality Assurance (SSQA). Our client is an ambitious start-up airline in Southern Asia with a growing fleet of wide and narrow bodied aircraft.

 

The successful applicant will take overall responsibility for the airlines Safety, Quality and Security matters. Ensure governance is adhered to, help develop regulations, policies, standards etc.

Requirements:

• You will have at least 4 years’ experience as a Head of SSQA. Spent your time working with international airlines with fleets of over 50 aircraft.
• Able to perform assessment and internal audits whilst acting as a Chief Auditor.
• You will have a proven track record with start-up airlines, safety management, flight operations and emergency procedures.
• Be a skilled problem solver with passionate leadership qualities within a diverse and multinational work force.
• University Degree preferred or equivalent education.
