Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter. The Marenco Swisshelicopter Group has more than 230 employees at locations in Switzerland and Germany. The first flight of SKYe SH09 was performed in October 2014 and the start of the serial production is planned within the next 18 months.

Your responsibilities

  • Establish an independent quality assurance system to monitor compliance of the EASA Part-21, G with EASA requirements
  • Implementation of an adequate quality assurance e.g. conformity inspections. Also define which kind of documents the supplier has to delivery together with the hardware which is checked by the incoming inspection
  • Introduce a quality assurance program for the whole value stream suitable for the industrialisation of the program
  • Implement a quality audit program which monitors compliance and the adequacy of procedures required to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft / components in context to EASA regulations, national legislation as well as company policies, standards, regulations and procedures
  • Preparing an audit plan for POA acceptable to the Authority and carrying out by himself or nominated auditors the necessary Audits
  • Organisation of audit reports, ensuring that any observed non-compliances or poor standards are brought to the attention of the person concerned, requesting remedial and corrective action as necessary within POA
  • Follow up and closure of any non-conformances identified by the Authority or Agency
  • Establishing regular meetings with the Accountable manager to appraise the effectiveness of the quality system. This will include details of any reported discrepancy not being adequately addressed by the relevant person or in respect of any disagreement concerning the nature of a discrepancy
  • Issuing the POE and to keep the content up to date

 

Your qualifications

  • Hold a technical college degree in engineering and commercials or equivalent
  • Proofed experience and education for the industrialisation of an aviation program
  • A technical apprenticeship e.g. as aircraft mechanic will be an advantage
  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in QM of aviation
  • Very familiar with EASA continuing airworthiness requirements of EASA Part-21, G
  • ISO certificates education for auditing
  • Proved experience in collaboration with the civil aviation authority
  • Approved EASA Form 4 for POA
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing and very good knowledge of German language as mother tongue will be an advantage
  • Experience with setup of process flows in a database
  • Basic knowledge of NDT procedures.
  • Good team player skills, self-driven attitude and the ability to work to fixed Deadlines
  • Proved leadership for leading employees
  • Willingness to travel
