Baseline on behalf of our client are recruiting for the position of Head of Maintenance Control Division (MCD) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

The MCD within the  organization is the link between the operator, customers and the contracted maintenance organizations. MCD monitors real time technical status of the fleet (existing defects, WO/DIR/CDL/MEL, Validity of Scheduled Maintenance e.g. Daily/Weekly checks and more), receives, checks and manages all aircraft technical paperwork sent from and to maintenance organizations, updates and monitors online Small Planet fleet DIR website for every aircraft, communicates with engineers of maintenance organizations, MCCs from other companies, Group member AOCs Technical Department, Operation department and others. MCD provides technical support for engineers and directly participates in AOG situation handling and monitoring. 

Main duties:

Coordinate overall 24/7 monitoring of fleet technical status and back reporting to ensure fleet airworthiness.

Organize maintenance in case of aircraft malfunctions and fully handle AOG situations.

Manage and lead team of MCD duty officers.

Develop and modify internal MCD procedures, analyze quality of MCD operations and to put forward proposals for improvement.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU HAVE TO:

Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Have university degree in Aeronautical engineering and minimum 5 years of work experience in Part-145, Part-M organizations.

Have knowledge of aeronautical regulations (PART-145, PART-M, etc.).

Valid aviation trainings (Human Factor, FTS, EWIS, A320 Gen. Fam. Course, Part M regulations).

Be a team leader able to motivate and develop team members.

Have great communication and organizational skills with creative insight into problem-solving, independent thinking with ability to challenge current processes and suggest improvements.

Have excellent English language skills - written and verbal.

Have great knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, AMOS, PDC.
