Role Purpose

Establish & drive PPM (portfolio, program, and project management) to realize and maximize business benefits while providing decision support information for executive progress reports

Key Accountabilities

1) Establish & drive the discipline of PPM (portfolio, program, and project management) within the division.

2) Analyze and co-manage IT project financial, project schedule, project scope, and project benefit with project or program managers.

3) Plan and execute ITPM resources (planning, fulfillment, assignment) for IT projects or programs. This will also be a part of the consolidation Group IT People Strategy initiative.

4) Establish & drive project governance with regard to project framework, project flow & project tools.

5) Drive IT Portfolio Meeting, implementation of project reporting tools and project / program level status reporting for any executive reviews.

Qualification & Experience

Management, IT/Computing, Business or related fields of study with 7-8 years related project management experience.

Skills & Knowledge

Experience in PMO Setup, PMO Management, Governance Definition & Deployment

Experience in Project (PMBOK® & Prince2®), Program (PMI® & MSP®) and Portfolio (PMI® & MoP®) Management

Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office productivity suite especially Microsoft Project

Good command of english and competent in preparing reports / updates and project documentation that are concise and accurate
