Hawk Maintenance Supervisor

** Hawk Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Supervisor)**

Oaklands Global has been commissioned by a leading military & defence client to identify and recruit an experienced Hawk Maintenance Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and mentoring activities in respect to the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) employees and is responsible for managing the Maintenance Operating Instructions and assist with the TCTO programme in Hawk Intermediate Maintenance.

Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervision of good engineering practice and compliance with Technical Orders

• Manage the calibration program within work area

• Have a thorough knowledge of Aircraft Safety devices and Aircraft operating areas and ensure staff compliance of associated processes

• Support deployments to other bases within and out of KSA when required and be able to prepare equipment to support these deployments

• Manage and provide functional guidance to the Saudi National Training Technician Programme (SNTTP) programs 

• Liaise with Aeronautical Engineering Squadron on any outstanding Engineering Assist Requests

Demonstrable competence across a suitable selection of the following areas is required:

• Will be able to demonstrate experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering within a Hawk servicing environment

• Must be trained in aircraft engineering or a related technical discipline at a civilian or military school of technical training, or have completed an appropriate engineering apprenticeship

• Prepared to take on the responsibilities of a Production Inspector

• Must be computer literate with a sound understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, Autolog and MiroGOLD

• Must have and be able to demonstrate sound oral and written two-way communication skills with the ability to be tactful, discreet and confident in dealing with people at all levels 

• Must hold a current driving licence

Desirable

• Have a sound understanding of the RSAF 4-1-7166 series and supporting technical publications applicable to work area

• Be a quality minded individual
