Overview

The Guest Relations Coordinators key focus will be on preparing and communicating important information for all of our guest concerns all whilst providing exemplaray customer service.

The Guest relations Coordinator conducts research, responds, and resolves all Guest inquiries, complaints, and compliments in a timely and through manner as well as educates Guests on company policies related to their specific travel needs

Responsibilities

* Resolve all customer inquiries, compliments and complaints by thoroughly researching and providing accurate and well written responses.
* Feedback provided to other departments regarding customer opinion
* Compensation for given scenarios
* Dedicated to meeting customers’ expectations and needs without adding costs and complexity to the company.
* Help customers self-serve with our FAQ’s to reduce future costs to Spirit.
* Obtains first-hand customer information and uses it to improve policies and procedures.
* Deep capability in written and verbal communication, crafting messaging and expressing intent powerfully and simply

Qualifications

* Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
* 1-2 Year Experience Customer Service experience
* Must be able to have excellent writing skills in the English and Spanish language with no grammer errors
* Ability to write a minimum typing 40 words per minute.
* Ability to work under pressure reaching fluctuating goals based on amount of incoming feedback.
* Basic skills in excel, word, and PowerPoint
* May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate. (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs or technical developments.)
