We’re looking for an analytical, experienced and authentic leader to be based in our Edinburgh, Glasgow or London office. You’ll help the team to shape, deliver and execute the strategy and activity for UK, to drive growth through highly-creative and high-performing marketing activities.

Skyscanner operates in a Tribes and Squads model and we have created an operating culture where there is a high level of trust, autonomy and transparency. Our growth managers work in autonomous teams (squads), they create their own backlog and don’t have dependencies in order to deliver to their users. What we are looking for

* Fluent speaker of Russian and fluency in English

* Have a great knowledge of the Russian market particularly the digital landscape with a solid understanding of consumer behaviours in these markets/area

* Be knowledgeable about the strategies required to win in the Russian markets, in terms of product, traffic acquisition, growth tactics, monetisation, etc. for both web and app

* Hands on experience in the development and implementation of activity in the following channels: SEO (Yandex and Google), PPC (Yandex and Google), App related specialisms (ASO, Paid app acquisition, App re-engagement and onboarding)

* Growth hacking mentality; Product led, data driven, highly creative

* Ideally previous job experience within an internet economy business

* Evidence of driving significant growth

* Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack, including Tableau, Mixpanel, Appflyer, Google Analytics. Even better if you have basic programming skills in the likes of SQL & Python to start taking this to the next level.

* A depth of experience in effectively managing teams and individuals

* Be knowledgeable about Scrum and agile methodology ideally with hands on experience of relevant techniques and tools

* Evidence of improving team performance.
