Ground Operations Controller

Zenon is delighted to be commissioned by a highly experienced and trusted private jet charter operator to source a Ground Operations Controller on a permanent basis for their facilities based in the London Airports Region.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating domestic and international trips on fixed-wing aircraft ensuring that the client’s expectations are exceeded
• Record-keeping and filing to ensure that the Ground Operations Department remains compliant with applicable legislation
• Stock purchase and replenishment for aircraft supplies and office consumables
• Liaising with third-party suppliers and service providers to arrange for required services — e.g. fuel providers, hotel bookings, aircraft handling agents

 

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Team-oriented worker that enjoys working collaboratively
• Experience in ARINC Direct flight planning/LEON flight software advantageous
• Tenacious with a desire to get the job done well
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience of commercial charter sales advantageous
