We’re looking for an experienced Global Workplace Experience Manager to be based in any of the following offices; Barcelona, London, Edinburgh or Glasgow, who can take responsibility for all aspects of Workplace Experience and operations for the Skyscanner Estate. We currently operate across ten offices globally in Europe, Asia and the US.

Can you demonstrate high level management abilities? Are you able to lead, be strategic in your thinking, and effectively manage all aspects of this busy role? You will be motivated by autonomy and ownership, yet eager to align and collaborate with other all workplace solution squads deliver a unified approach with our business allowing for office personalisation. If you have wide office services and solutions experience across multiple countries and have a passion for delivery then this could be the role for you.

What we are looking for

* Previous experience in Facilities Management and Workplace Operations.

* You will have experience of change management and business continuity planning experience and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills

* Proven track record of people management

* Proven track record of project management

* An excellent communicator who can demonstrate experience of successful project completions. This job will suit an individual who can accept a challenge, work with his/her peers to get results on time and to an agreed cost.

* Preferably educated to Degree standard in an Engineering discipline with industrial experience in a similar role

* A health and safety or environmental qualification would be desirable

* You will ensure additions to the office portfolio maintain Skyscanner standards, identify and foster cultural connectivity, whilst being sensitive to local and cultural expectations and needs

* Using global perceptive you reliably forecast future needs and devise plans to meet those needs. You proactively analyse options and make decisions based on long term payoffs

* You are accountable for managing complex and comprehensive office and facilities budgets on a global level, ensuring spend against them is tracked accurately and regularly

* You will manage all the Office Managers worldwide

* You will have driven large-scale change and industry best practice and are the voice of the user
