Description:

General Manager Human Resources will report to the Deputy Managing Director (F&A) and will be at the forefront of managing HR processes and tools that will allow the organization and individuals within to thrive in the face of strategic and cultural expectations. The General Manager, Human Resource will manage the organizations Human Resource Operations and lead a team of HR professionals, with a focus on expanding employee engagement, planning and implementing learning and development opportunities, managing the performance management cycle, developing recruitment strategies, managing the HR Life cycle, and more generally coordinating the development and implementation of HR policies.

In this HR management position the incumbent will service a large number of employees, requiring the ability to integrate core values, integrity and accountability throughout all organizational and business practices. The incumbent will have to demonstrate business acumen to understand business operations and functions, and the organizations internal and external environment. The position requires critical evaluation ability to gather and interpret data to support the decision making process. The ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate customer focus and handling conflicts and stressful situations will be key to fulfilling the responsibilities of this post.

Masters Degree

Work Experience in Similar Position:

10-15 years

Required Skills:

- MBA (HR) with HR certifications preferred.
- Managing recruitment, remuneration, retention, training, HR processes, record keeping and termination.
- Interaction with business leaders.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Managing and supervising HR professionals.
- Strong command on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point).
- Experience in dealing with Legal Issues related to HR and interaction with Legal Counsels and Labor courts.
