Job Summary

Assumes full accountability as the site leader for the ALN operations responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MRO to include scheduling, planning, performing and delivering all aircraft services inline with company policies, employee and customer experience standards along with all regulatory standards. The General Manager will ensure the overall success of the site through leading a team of Operations, Engineering, Safety and Quality.

Essential Job Duties may include but are not limited to

• Develops and execute the site budgets, including relevant departments accountable to the achievement of budgets.

• Partner with Sales to maintain awareness and involvement with future work packages and quotes.

• Oversees and interprets contractual language for identified work packages and special programs to ensure the cost and selling prices are fair, accurate and provide a reasonable profit to the facility.

• Responsible for scheduling projects to ensure appropriate workflow for the facility, manpower and customer satisfaction.

• Attends monthly financial review meetings.

• Provide leadership to the Management team for all regulatory and safety matters along with talent planning, development, coaching and performance optimization. Conduct annual performance reviews.

• Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or excessive overtime.

• Remove waste and constraints from the process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity

• Analyze operational performance and identify corrective actions.

• Leads and promotes a Safety and Continuous Improvement culture through collaboration with key leaders. Participate on the Safety committee and lead the recognition of employee led improvements.

• Responsible for the overall employee and customer experience to include partnering with key leaders to resolve escalated employee or customer issues and facilitate employee recognition based on positive customer feedback.

• Responsible for the overall facility appearance and general upkeep.

• Performs other related duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two-year aviation technical degree and FAA A&P license or

• Four-year business degree in Aviation Management and FAA A&P license or

• Equivalent work experience along with 10 years Program Management experience in maintenance, avionics or modifications

• The ability to interpret and understand P&L, EBITDA and overall financial statements

• Strong conflict resolution and teambuilding abilities

• Strong leadership abilities
