Job Purpose

To certify the conformity of product to customer requirements, Company standards and airworthiness authority requirements, declaring the product as fit for service.

To provide technical and administrative support to the Engineering and Commercial teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Control historical tracking (Back to birth) of engine life limited parts
  • Ensure all Back to Birth parts are batched to stock
  • Extract relevant information from engine log book reviews and forward to OEM
  • Verify that all maintenance as per the customer purchase order has been fulfilled
  • Verify all mandatory maintenance tasks as directed by the relevant National Aviation Authorities have been fulfilled
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks have been signed/stamped for in Technical Pack and ensure traceability of all components
  • Update engine/module log books to document that maintenance has been carried out in line with regulatory requirements and that details of all lifed components are correct
  • Provide civil/military certification for relevant maintenance utilising H+S internal business system
  • Ensure all release to service tasks have been complied with in a manner that satisfies relevant National Aviation Authority regulations
  • Other duties as assigned or requested

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Thorough understanding of Airworthiness Regulations
  • Must be over 21 – CAA Signatory requirement
  • Relevant experience in field
  • Product knowledge preferable
  • Highly organized and experienced to manage multiple project simultaneously
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and subjects
  • Proficiency in using relational and technical manuals (OEM Illustrated Parts catalogue, Maintenance Manual and Overhaul Manual)
