We’re looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to be based in our Barcelona office and be part of our highly distributed global team.

As Barcelona Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for coordinating all general office operations, meeting and greeting guests and visitors, arranging and supporting fun office events, as well as keeping on top of future office needs. What we are looking for

* A proven background as an office receptionist or similar

* Ideally, you’ll come from a similar technology company background or have a passion for working with a travel company

* You’ll have outstanding communication skills, able to work will all people and levels

* Flexibility - you’ll have excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills

* Able to juggle multiple tasks. No matter how busy you are, you always have time for anyone who comes to see you

* You will be responsible for the full visitors process: assign desks, issue access cards, tour to the office. Keep track of access cards and BCN visitors

* You will be responsible for:

* Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, shipping, receiving packages and mail sorting for the office/employees

* Ordering and maintaining office supplies, including stocking our free drinks fridges

* Completing daily space and meeting room walkthroughs

* Helping with internal events, setting up meeting rooms, catering

* Proactively dealing with all complaints (following protocol)

* Providing office support to the Office Manager

* Maintaining and recording all office expenses and costs accurately

* Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint applications

* Some Health & Safety training would be advantageous
