JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a ASSOCIATE, FP&A which is an exciting opportunity to participate in financial analysis and forecasting for the site. You will: ��� Develop program budgets and Estimates at Completion (EAC) ��� Interface with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Managers, and other financial personnel ��� Analyze financial data for the programs supported as well as at the portfolio level ��� Forecast resource demand throughout the program lifecycle ��� Prepare accurate and timely financial statements based on analysis and complex data modeling ��� Lead efforts that pertain to planning, forecasting, resource demand, and revenue generating with cross-functional support teams ��� Reconcile transactional data between the financial reporting system and the general ledger system, identify issues, and recommend corrective action to resolve ��� Prepare financial cost volumes in support of proposal efforts for new initiatives and follow-on efforts| BS in Accounting or Finance| ��� Strong analytical and data analysis skills ��� Experienced in providing cost and headcount projections and analysis ��� Detail oriented with the ability to identify issues in a timely manner ��� Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft applications ��� Strong communication and presentation skills US Citizenship Required
