This position will coordinate and conduct weekly sales forecasting, weekly reporting of current month sales and orders, monthly OE free of charge and sales incentives forecasting and analysis, and development of annual plans for OE free of charge, sales incentives and orders.

Sales Forecasting/Reporting – Develops the weekly sales forecast for the current month including analysis of any change from plan, the SIOP forecast and the previous week’s forecast. This process includes ensuring deadlines are met, forecast data is provided in required formats, documenting assumptions, and tracking rationale/changes from previous forecasts.

OE FOC Forecasting/Analysis - Utilizes the Build Schedule along with current Global Demand Planning drive to forecast current year and next year’s OE FOC expense each month

Sales Incentive Forecasting/Analysis - Utilizes the Build Schedule along with current Global Demand Planning drive to forecast current year and next year’s sales incentives each month

Continuous Improvement - Supports and drives ACE and continuous improvement, including working effectively with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements; leverages Business Intelligence tools and other software applications to most efficiently perform required job functions

SBU and Enterprise Requests - This role will support the development of responses to SBU Senior Leadership and Enterprise requests for sales and orders analysis, including the weekly reporting of month-to-date sales and weekly orders bookings

Qualifications Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in accounting or marketing analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Knowledge and or experience with Forecasting or Analysis
• Demonstrated success producing deliverables within a rigid timeline
• Successful multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be a team player, as well as work autonomously, and be proactive with good problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with an ability to apply product, market and system knowledge

Preferred:
• Able to partner with Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Program Management, Global Demand Planning, Customer Service, Operations and Finance to perform required business analysis

Must be able to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Education
Four year degree
