Job Purpose:

This position exists to support Flight Operations by leading our operations in Sarasota, Florida.

Duties:
Create and sustain customer relationships
Ensure all customer requested flights are scheduled and an aircraft and flight crew are assigned
Ensure compliance with all appropriate FAA and Dynamic Aviation regulations, policies and procedures
Manage Flight Operations administrative functions including the accuracy of flight logs, sitreps, maintenance paperwork, and billing data reviews
Provide daily leadership and supervision to permanent and temporary staff assigned to the Sarasota, Florida location
Responsible for completing performance reviews, and addressing employee performance or issues
Assist in the development of Flight Operations manuals and policies
Assist with coordination of operations between Flight Operations and Business Development
Develop, implement, and manage department performance standards
Ensure the financial success of the base via budgeting and cost control techniques
Provide captain coverage on FMF and other Dynamic Aviation projects as needed
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:
Business management skills preferred
Leadership and relationship building experience required
High level of integrity, honesty, and humility required
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team based environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
FAA Commercial Multi-Engine Certificate with Instrument Rating
Flight hour requirements: minimum 1200 total time with 100 hours in King Air 90 preferred
Knowledge of King Air systems preferred
* FAA A&P License preferred

Job Experience:

Demonstrated performance in pilot/mechanic leadership and aircraft fleet management. Demonstrated experience managing budgets and properly reading and interpreting financial reports.
