Job Title: Flight Support Assistant

Location: Head Office, Reigate

Reporting to: Corporate Shuttle Manager

Normal Hours: A standard weekly pattern of 3 shifts - Planned as 6 hour shifts.

Morning Shift Start/Finish: 05:45 - 11.30 Evening Shift Start/Finish: 14.30- 20:30

From scheduled fleet support and emergency response, to executive and group travel, we provide comprehensive solutions through our global resources, delivering flight operations of the highest standard on behalf of our clients and airline partners.

Purpose of the Job:

The core function of this role is to coordinate all operational aspects of the regular flights and to administratively support the shuttle and broking teams as directed

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to;

 Coordinating the company shuttle flights on a daily basis,

o Monitoring flight movements

o Issuing catering figures and Special requests

o Reporting delays

o Dealing with check in, baggage, catering issues and customer complaints

o Issuing programme checks to handling agents & airlines, updating any discrepancies

o To regularly attend the company Shuttle meeting

o Assist in the training of new team members

o Assisting the shuttle team with any general ad-hoc projects and administration

 To compile monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports and statistics on the company shuttle programmes

 To assist with the invoicing of the shuttle programmes

 Assisting with the management of charter and lease contracts, including:

o creating, updating and issuing briefing documentation

o liaising with handling agents and airlines

o monitoring the flight movements

o assisting the broking team with ad-hoc reports and analysis

o assisting the broking team with any ad-hoc projects

 Day to day data management of the company database.

 Conducting aviation market research as directed by the Business Development Team
