Austin Fraser are currently recruiting for a Flight Ops Manager for a world-renowned business to start as soon as possible.

Beyond the Flight Operations team, you will also liaise with a number of other departments including; Fleet Managers, Cabin Crew Manager and Head of Training as well as the Chief Pilot. You will be responsible for supervising the Flight Operations department on a day to day basis to ensure the daily running of the Flight Ops Office.

As Flight Operations Manager your main duties will include:

• EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) Oversight and administration control
• Aircraft Mass and Balance oversight and EFB control
• All aspects of Aircraft Performance
• Oversee production and amendment of all Operations Manuals Part OMA/ OMB/ OMC
• Provision of central point of contact for all Flight Operations Communications

In order to be successful for the role, you must be a good communicator at all levels and come from a Flight Ops background. You must have an in-depth understanding of EFB, Route and Area navigation planning and risk identification, as well as Aircraft mass and balance.
