Role Purpose

He / She is responsible to ensure policies and standards are maintained and continually exercised in accordance with the company and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountability

* Conduct periodic audits, Inspections and inspections, to ensure MAB operations meet and exceeds the Malaysia Civil Aviation Regulation, CAAM, ICAO and IATA requirements.

* Responsible to compile all audit performance, analyze and provide statistics for management reporting.

* Facilitate (within Flight Operations) closure of CAAM and foreign regulatory authority audits.

* To manage and administer CSIS (Corporate Safety & Security Information System) for Flight Operations.

Qualification & Working Experience

* Diploma in any discipline with more than 10 years of working experience, in the case of a person becoming an auditor for the first time ever, must have gone through the requirement by DCA

* SPM/SPMV and having experience as Auditor more than 15 years.

Skills & Knowledge

* Have good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and understanding of civil aviation regulatory requirements

* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

* Skills in computer application

Key Challenges

1. Managing changes to suit expectations based on new or changes of policy and SOP.

2. Obtain, dissemination and implementation of new information concerning changes of regulations, processess and procedures from relevant department or regulatory authority

3. Maintaining Quality Assurance in Flight Operations.
