POSITION SUMMARY
Flexjet is currently seeking a Flight Department Administrator to join our Flight Department at our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. Overall, this position will review, analyze, and interpret contracts. This position will report directly to the Director of Flight Administration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contracts acumen, analysis, and recordkeeping
  • Attend and participate in union negotiations
  • Maintain and update crew member spreadsheets and databases
  • Provide general assistance to various departments with questions on union labor relations
  • Perform other miscellaneous administrative and project support as directed by the Director of Flight Administration

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University; 1-2 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Aviation knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail and advanced critical thinking skills.
  • Able to productively work in a fast-paced environment independently, or within a team.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.
  • Successful candidate should be highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Technical writing skills
