Oaklands Global has an exciting new Flight Advisor Position to work for rapidly expanding client based in Hertfordshire.
My client is a global booking platform for private jet charter, they strive to make it faster to compare and book private jets to save their clients as much money as possible. With a database of over 7000 aircraft Internationally, expert teams and Argus and Wyvern Broker status they are able to provide excellent service 24/7
As part of our global expansion, the company is looking for Flight Advisors to join their dynamic Flight Sales Team based in Hertfordshire.
The core of the job will be converting qualified leads into flight bookings; and communication with the clients.
Skills & experience
- A deep knowledge and passion for aircraft (essential).
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding customer service and ability to form successful relationships at all levels.
- Confident and outgoing, with polished and persuasive phone and written
communication skills.
- A team player, with a flexible approach and ability to multi-task.
- Target-driven and focused on personal and business goals.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. Additional language skills in French, Spanish, German or Russian are highly desirable.
Spec & remuneration
- Converting qualified leads into flight bookings and account management of existing client base.
- Communication by phone and email with private jet clients, aircraft operators and partners.
- Reviewing aircraft options and quotes and making recommendations.
- Completing, reviewing and sending pre-flight documentation.
- Visiting private jet airports, FBOs, aircraft operators and seeing off/welcoming client flights.
- Roster includes weekend and evening duty.
