CAE Parc Aviation are now accepting applications for a Fleet Development manager on behalf of our client based in Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical aircraft surveys - pre-buy and redelivery on an as required basis;
- Support new aircraft deliveries ensuring the aircraft meets the contract requirements;
- Carry out aircraft record audits on an as required basis
- Negotiate maintenance and return requirements with lessor;
- Ensure development and implementation of transition plans and processes;
- Ensure proper negotiations relevant to replacement of older inefficient aircraft with new and more efficient;
- Ensure that critical and relevant information is regularly communicated to all affected parties;
- Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and with minimum operational disruption;
- Develop, track and report on work plans to ensure transitions activities are progressing according to schedule;
- Organize and coordinate technical fleet documentation;
- Coordinate fleet relevant maintenance subjects with the Technical Department;
- assisting on all aircraft deliveries and redeliveries, providing fleet oversight and supporting the commercial team to cultivate opportunities; providing technical due diligence, recommendations and approval through LOI, lease assembly and execution phases;
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Possess a sound knowledge of airworthiness regulations, such as EASA Part-M / Part-145.
- High level of English
- Willingness to relocate to Eastern Europe
