Purpose

Handling Accounting and Financial Services for the South Asia region

Key responsibilities and tasks

• Handle Passenger/cargo sales accounting, BSP/CASS control, credit card billing and reconciliation.

• Issuance of ADM / ACM, Refund processing.

• Handle Vendor payments, staff claims

• Preparing Debit Note to Cargo agents.

• Liaising with Cargo agents for TDS certificates.

• Follow up with agents for GST related queries.

• Prepare month end closing schedules, involve in various cost forecast and budget preparations.

• Reconciliations of Bank accounts.

• Handling other FIN related matters.

Qualifications / Experience

• Commerce Graduate/Post graduate. Meticulous with numbers.

• Prior Finance/Accounting experience is desirable.

• Fluency in excel and Prior working experience in SAP is desirable.

• Action oriented with the ability to work with limited resources to achieve goals.

• Strong Planning & Organisational skills with an ability to prioritise as per the need of the hour.

• Ability to be creative and innovative to improve current work practices and implement new ideas.

• Basic computer, internet & MS office knowledge.

• Candidates MUST have the permanent legal right to work & live in India.
