Financial Analyst, Corporate Fianncial Reporting – Temporary position

Located at the administrative center in Dorval, you will work within the Finance team and will report to the Manager, Financial Information. You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing the financial statements for Bombardier Aerospace. This is a full-time temporary position (12 months).

In your role, you will be asked to:

• Be responsible for the integrity of the Financial Statements for multiple Aerospace Entities for the actuals and the budget.
• Support Bombardier Aerospace’s international development by :
o Assisting the subsidiaries in producing the financial statements
o Analyzing financial statements produced by the subsidiaries
• Support our partners regarding general questions about our Financial Statements (Business Divisions and Shared Services).
• Develop and maintain the documentation of procedures for the department.
• Participate in special projects to improve the current key processes for the team particularly those related to the production of current financial statements.
• Manage requests from Statistics Canada.
• Support SAP users in resolving Master Data or other issues.
• Provide support and assistance to the auditors and the tax department.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you:

• Possess an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• Possess an professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA)
• Have 4 to 7 years of pertinent work experience
• Be a team player, possess good stress management skills, and be able to work with strict deadlines.
• Possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and good organizational skills.
• Adapts easily to a changing environment.
• Have experience working with MS Office, SAP, and HFM.
• Advanced SAP Finance knowledge is an asset.
• Good communication skills in French and English, oral and written.
