Job Role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Prestigious Aerospace Company based in the Prestwick area. The requirement is for an Associate Financial Analyst to support the billings department. An initial 6 month contract, with a good chance of extension.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Provide timely and accurate financial information
· Be the key liaison for billing enquiries
· Work closely with customer support on all billing aspects
· Ensure contracts are adhered to, in order to ensure timely and accurate billing
· Ensure all costs and revenue are appropriately captured prior to engine billing
· Prepare profitability analysis for completed and invoiced projects
· Provide a timely resolution to invoice disputes
· Manage costs effectively and ensure correctly matched to work orders
· Provide customer invoice details after invoice completed
· Review and manage Aged WIP and project closure to ensure all costs are captured and billed
Requirements:
· Strong analytical skills
· Work under own initiative, being well organised
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Demonstrate flexibility and work within a team environment
· Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of SAP
Qualifications:
· Relevant financial experience
· Interest in operations and willingness to broaden commercial experience
Desired:
· Self-motivated and able to complete task in a changing environment
· Knowledge of CF6 and GEnx products
· Experience using SAP billing system
