We’re looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Executive - Sales Ledger to join our Global Sales Ledger team. You’ll be responsible for our complex Affiliate Partners, will lead our Credit Risk management program as well as many other areas of the Sales Ledger Function. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our future growth, working within a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment.

What you can expect as a Finance Executive - Sales Ledger

* Debt Chasing of approx 400 customers and maintain records in Sage X3 Accounting system.

* Provide weekly click reports to partners, process weekly, mid-month and month end invoices using in-house invoicing system and Sage X3.

* Maintain active accrual sheet and liaise with Commercial team to clear these throughout the month.

* Liaise closely with Treasury team to ensure accurate posting of payments.

* Resolve all customers queries both internally and externally in a prompt manner.

* Preparation and creation of the Aged Debt and Cash Collection Report and other adhoc reports.

What we are looking for

* Significant practical experience in Credit Control/Sales Ledger.

* Experience in financial accounting software (experience using Sage X3 a plus, but not required)

* Confidence in dealing with people at management/director level.

* Excellent intrapersonal, communication and negotiation skills and professional telephone manner.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively prioritise a very busy workload, it is essential that you are able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

* Ability to learn new systems quickly, strong computer literacy and capability in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook,

* Excellent organisational skills, ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
