Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Each employee must keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when working through the daily operations. Act as liaison with American Airlines Corporate Real Estate Team and Department of Aviation. Represent the interest of Piedmont Airlines/American Eagle on various projects as assigned. Oversight supervisor for project vendor contracts including GC electricians, plumbers, carpenters and specialty contracts, etc. Maintain appointment schedules, create charts and graphs from spreadsheet data to be used in visual presentations, field employee questions, and act on behalf of the Department as directed. Other duties as assigned. Extensive travel is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Proficient with Visio or Sketch Book Pro and other similar design software
* Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines
* Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
* Strong customer service skills
* Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to develop new vendor relationships
* Flexible schedule
* Highly organized, detail oriented, and dependable
* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous administrative or management experience in a busy office environment
* Ability to read blueprints
* Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements for airport customer service department
* Proficient with Adobe Illustrator
* Background in Engineering, Construction Management, Design, Business Administration, or other related field
* Previous Experience with Budget Management and Invoicing
* OSHA 11 Certification

Work Environment:

* Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
* Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
* Work weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts
* Extensive Travel is required

Physical Requirements:

* Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
