Purpose

The Facilities Support Executive will maintain the smooth operations of the training facilities of the Learning Academy, including the TDC at Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon, ensuring a good learning environment for our users. He or she will support the team in improvement projects.

Key responsibilities and tasks

* Manage TDC services counter daily operation, and day-to-day TDC facilities booking requests including any ad-hoc requests

* Training rooms and mock up facilities and fixtures housekeeping (Daily & Regular)

* Handle MAC form application and follow up

* Offer first level maintenance / quick fix for TDC facilities and equipment, such as IT support, projector maintenance, AV support etc.

* Regular checking of training facilities including projectors, printers and AV facilities

* Regular training room stationary replenishment

* Handle TDC hotline (mobile, 7 x 24)

* Assist TDC Facilities Coordinator to process monthly resources allocation and statistics reports

* Manage IT support and issue MAC form

* Support Company orientation events and arrange management talks

* Support CX visit program

* Shift duties to support TDC operation

* Cover CX and KA operations

* Good technical capabilities

* Willingness to conduct hands-on maintenance and technical work on training facilities
