Alpha LSG is the leading provider of inflight services to the world’s airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the UK’s major and regional airports.

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join us where you will provide support in relation to aspects of building maintenance. This is a permanent, full time position based in Manchester, but visits to other sites will be expected.

Within the role you will manage the Risk Register relating to Maintenance whilst ensuring unit compliance for all maintenance matters. Managing the Property database and acting as a point of contact for all Rates matters, you will work with the Procurement Indirect Manager to assist in compiling Service contracts, supporting units in obtaining appropriate suppliers and quotations for small to medium sized projects.

We are looking for someone who has a facilities management background, coupled with a knowledge of manufacturing or warehousing. With a broad general understanding of maintenance matters, you will be able to research solutions to specific maintenance issues.

You will need to be self-motivated and proactive, and will have good communications skills as you will have to deal with a wide range of people at multiple units.
