This is a new role, reporting to the Technical Director and could be based at either our Stansted or Luton FBO. Travel between the 2 bases will be required.

The working hours are 42 hours per week, Monday - Friday, although some flexibility will be required dictated by the needs of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the following are controlled, recorded and monitored; administration of facilities records; administration of PPM program; management of defects; control of maintenance providers; control of task cards; administration of leave; administration of payroll sheets; project planning and quotes; liaison with other department heads on facilities management activities; administration of insurance inspections.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: -

* ability to multi-task
* experience of working in a facilities role
* problem solving / logical approach
* IT literacy
* good interpersonal skills
* good organisational skills
* English must be spoken / written to a fluent standard

A 5 year checkable employment history is required for this role in order to obtain an airside airport id pass. A full UK driving licence is also required.
