Executive PA/Office Manager - Biggin Hill, Kent - £35,000-£38,000 - Immediate start

Our Aerospace client has an exciting opportunity for an Executive PA to support the Management team.

Responsibilities:

You will enjoy liaising with a variety of internal and external clients, diary management, arranging meetings, domestic and international travel arrangements, handling expenses, typing of correspondence and reports, Manage Health and safety process administering risk assessments, cover reception duties including meet and greet. Cover customer experience duties when required. Maintain knowledge of corporate activities to assist in policy, procedures, and administrative matters. Project the appropriate professional image of the company.
Design create, implement Microsoft databases and spreadsheets to standardise processes . Prepare presentations on behalf of the members of management. Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site/off site special events.
Acting as a point of contact for the Execs, you will respond professionally and effectively with telephone queries and where appropriate liaise with other departments ensuring any resulting queries are managed in a timely and customer focused manner.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, confident, professional who is able to liaise with people at all levels to achieve work goals. Highly motivated with the ability to work using your own initiative and as a team player, you will have excellent organisational skills, natural attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and a proactive approach to work. People management skills, and possess skills necessary to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Strong secretarial skills and competency using MS office applications are essential, together with the ability to produce quality work efficiently and to know to use discretion with customers and staff.
Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive approach are also essential.
