The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations assertively navigating all levels of the organizational structure with sensitivity and finesse. Strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizations skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple competing priorities are required. This high-visibility role will require the incumbent to have several years of Leadership support. They must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and focus can change in the moment.

Responsibilities

* High level of business acumen; able to make timely decisions and drive to action.

* Coordinate production of presentations including PowerPoint and Excel formats by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics

* Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas

* High degree of interpersonal and professional savvy across all levels of the organization.

* Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures

* Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leadership team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature

* Demonstrated track record of sound judgment and professionalism with the ability to work with senior level executives across multiple business lines.

* Proficient in coordinating meetings and managing calendars; react and adjust quickly when scheduling changes must be made

* Provides a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, confidentiality, trust and support with executive management team

* Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

* Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
