Responsibilities:

To assist AM member services in driving member services

* To respond to all member email queries for Club Vistara
* To close all member queries and issues are serviced within agreed TAT
* Outbound member calling for any service recovery if required
* Coordination with other departments for member service fulfillment
* To follow member service SOPs

Eligibility:

* 1-2 years of min. work experience
* Post graduate with airline and customer service background preferably
* Excellent communication skills

* Gurgaon
