* Responding to customer feedback received through various channels
* Coordinating with other departments for investigation, follow-up, or service recovery actions
* Maintaining records on feedback received and handled
* Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by MCR or GMGS

Eligibility:

* 1-2 years of min. work experience
* Travel industry background, with experience in handling customer and social media complaints shall be added advantage
* Excellent communication skills
