About the role:

An exciting opportunity has become available in our world-class Engineering Team. Reporting to the Engineering Systems & Process Leader and working within a high-performing team of seven, the Systems Analyst is responsible for the continuous improvement function for identifying and executing solutions aimed at enhancing the productivity and/or regulatory compliance of the business.

This will include process mapping to "gap" analyse existing process to best practice, technology requirements definition, new release implementation, system testing and configuration.

Who you are:

You’re a solutions focussed team member who has worked in an engineering technical role within an airline and has experience with TRAX or similar. You’re excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to communicate complex thoughts and ideas clearly will enable you to work collaboratively with key stakeholder; business Subject Matter Experts, Vendors and Maintenance Providers.

What you’ll need:

* Experience with TRAX or similar

* Exposure to business process change and development

* Project management experience would also be highly regarded.

* A good understanding of IT and the interface with Business

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
