You will be part of the Product Development Engineering, Aerospace team where it all starts for Bombardier as it sets the stage to take full advantage of its investments and the tremendous growth potential of its new products. The organization is responsible for bringing new aircraft programs to their successful entry-into-service. Currently, these new products are the all-new CSeries commercial aircraft and the high-performance Global 7000/Global 8000 business jets.

In your role, you will:

- Structural integrity requirements definition for various system components

- Methodology development

- Interfacing with suppliers to ensure program and technical requirements and methodologies are being complied with

- Loads calculation and analysis

- Validating supplier test plans and overseeing execution

- Preparation of certification reports

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You possess a Bachelor degree or higher in a related engineering field,
- You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in system stress analysis (e.g. pneumatic distribution and fluid systems)
- You have knowledge of fluid systems.
- You have previous work experience on an aircraft development program including certification
- You are comfortable with the technical aspects of Engineering as well as Project Management;
- You are able to work autonomously and as a pivotal member of a multi-disciplinary team
- You have strong communication skills.
