In your role, you will:

- Be involved in multiple projects dealing with the development of our products, in-service opportunities and modification programs.

- Filter proposed changes based on data, analyse their relative value for the Program and recommend profitable business strategies.

- Set and communicate the project priority and strategy.

- Take ownership and responsibility of the projects under the program by working with the project manager and monitoring the progress.

- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective and proactive measurements to resolve them.

- Oversee product development activities to ensure compliance with agreed Product and Program orientation (Technical and Commercial).

- Actively support technical review meetings with customers/supplier, communicate appropriate Program strategies and provide project status visibility to the Program Office.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace engineering (or equivalent) in a recognized University
- You have 5 years of experience in Project management (or an equivalent field of expertise)
- You have an aptitude of multi-tasking
- You have a good level of written and speaking French and English
- You have good organizational & planning skills
- You have strong communication skills
- You possess good judgment and are a good team worker in a multidisciplinary team
- Having work experience with external suppliers is an asset
