This position is for a Product Owner using Agile development methodologies. This position requires the ability to perform complex signal analysis at various levels and to function as the key stakeholder in the development of systems to process special signals. The Product Owner will provide guidance and vision for a team of engineers from various disciplines that provides custom solutions to a large customer base, which requires both traditional, and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) support. Candidate must be a self-motivated team player with excellent technical and communication skills.

You will demonstrate success by:

Perform operational signals analysis of relevant signals.

* Create detailed definition of signal analysis for both development engineers and customers.

* Create algorithms using community tools for signal definition.

* Prepare presentations and briefings for customers and community working groups.

* Lead a team that contributes to an overall product line of systems.

* Provide training to system users.

* Some CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science and ten (10) years of relevant signals analysis experience. An equivalent combination of education and relevant operational signals analysis experience may be considered.

* Must have leadership experience with the ability to communicate the mission, vison and the priorities of business area.

* Must have a background in signals analysis to include all aspects of special signals processing with primary interest in the areas of communications signal intelligence, analysis and breakout.

* Must have a strong mathematical background with a firm understanding of advanced modulation techniques, digital communications and bit-stream analysis.

* Must have excellent communication skills and be able to create and maintain strong working relationships within the company and with onsite and offsite customers.

* Must be able to communicate effectively and work in a team environment or on independent assignments.

* Experience with technical writing to prepare reports and documentation is required.

* Familiarity with UNIX and Linux OS.

* Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment involving many simultaneous efforts.

* Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Agile methodologies and experience with software development environments and tools.

* Experience with intelligence community signal analysis tools is desirable.

Candidate must already possess and remain eligible for a Top Secret/SCI clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Position will require a CI polygraph if candidate does not already possess.
