To support growth across the Jetstar group our Customer Targeted Marketing team are looking to expand and have a number of newly created opportunities.
We are looking for Email Marketing Executives to manage and optimise campaigns across the customer journey – from flight acquisition through to ancillary upsell and servicing pre-travel.

This is a great time to join Jetstar as we are currently transforming our customer analytics capabilities and building upon our platforms. In these roles you will be able to leverage this to add significant value through our email and digital campaigns.

These are excellent opportunities for passionate, results-driven marketing professionals who truly understand the value of data driven marketing.

You will use your talents to:

• Collaborate with different business units to determine how to best promote their products/services to the right customer at the right time
• Build, launch and maintain tactical and triggered campaigns along the customer journey
• Integrate campaigns and testing across different platforms including Responsys, DMP, website landing pages, display and mobile push/SMS
• Manage a continuous cycle of campaign optimisation – generate new ideas for testing, set up and launch tests, monitor results and share insights with different business units

We are looking for individuals that will make an impact on our business and have the following skills and experience:

• Passion for, and experience in email/digital marketing
• HTML/CSS, with SQL a bonus
• Experience setting up and launching campaigns and/or programs in an email platform
• Using data to drive content and campaigns (both in decision making and implementation)
• Prior experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A self-starter with the ability to produce high quality work in an ever-changing business
• A collaborative, strong communicator and negotiator who can translate business needs into customer focused outcomes
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Ability to hit the ground running
• A can-do attitude and desire to use your initiative and take accountability for your work
• A proven team player who works well in a collaborative environment
