Job Role:
Primary Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to support all in-house commissioning and integration activities associated with a A400M Full Flight Simulator (FFS) and Flat Panel Trainer (FPT).
Principal Relationships:
* Key internal to Product Design Authority (Technical Lead)
* Key internal to Integration Verification Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) Section Lead
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Hardware commissioning, modifications installation and integration
* Hardware fault diagnosis and rectification
* Simulator daily readiness
* Running of Hardware related Acceptance Test Schedules

Essential:

Experience:
Essential:
* Electrical & Electronic test and integration
* Flight or Military Simulation experience
* Capable of diagnosing hardware faults to an LRU level

* Exposure to Software Configuration Control processes and tools

Qualifications:
Essential:
* HNC/HND (or equivalent) level in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
