Lockheed Martin is developing its future leaders by providing coaching, mentoring, and training through hands-on assignments that will develop your technical skills and allow you to gain a broad picture of Lockheed Martin.

Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is a recognized designer, developer and manufacturer of precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries. This is Lockheed Martin’s lead business unit for research development and production of manned and unmanned ground-vehicle systems, electro-optical and smart munitions systems and is a pioneer in the field of versatile, high-performance missile and rocket technology.
Basic Qualifications:

Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance

Bachelors and / or Master degree in Elecitrcal Engineering or related discipline.
Desired Skills:

Technical skills related to discipline (for example, MatLab, PSpice, FPGA, RF, Signal Processing, Linux, Reliability, CAD, ProE, etc.)

Demonstrated leadership qualities and involvement

Strong communication/interpersonal skills

Problem solver / solution focused

Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)

Flexibility / teamwork oriented

Related work experience (co-op, internship or part/full-time employment)
