Luxembourg Air Ambulance S.A. (PART-OPS) is based at Luxembourg Airport. We fly medical repatriation missions worldwide and perform organ team transport (24/7). Presently, we operate 5 intensive care medically equipped air ambulance aircraft (Learjet 45XR) and 6 air rescue helicopters & 1 police helicopter (MD900/902).
We are currently seeking for immediate entry an:
E&M Software Administrator & Engineer in the
Part M and Part 21 Department (m/f)
Your Role
Working in the Engineering Department, you will primarily administer the software system for Engineering and Maintenance (MMS). Secondary duties is to manage the airworthiness of a fleet of 6 Learjet 45 aircraft equipped for intensive care medical transport, 6 MD902 Explorer medevac helicopters . Working full time with occasional travel – maximum 10% of the time – you will report to the manager of the Engineering Department and NPH for Continuing Airworthiness.
Your Mission:
Be the first line support and functional administrator the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) Management System (software)
Administer the E&M system for whole Technical Dept.
Provide the first line MMS support within Technical Department
Perform E&M System functionality administration
Manage all requests for E&M system related changes
Coordinate new E&M system release migrations
Participate to Technic related IT projects
Develop / help to develop procedures and manuals
Ensure compliance to regulation and safety requirements
Participate in process analysis and improvement
Update/Maintain the E&M system and Tech Library
Coordinate activities with other departments or other companies
Secondary duties:
Perform Continuing Airworthiness duties under Part-M subpart G
Evaluate and review maintenance work packages
Update the Maintenance Management Software during maintenance
Assess damages and approve and monitor repair projects
Evaluate Maintenance Data (Modifications and Repairs)
Aid in maintaining the Aircraft Maintenance Programmes
Your Profile:
A diploma in Engineering (Bac+5 level) – Structures or Avionics preferred
3 or more years of relevant Maintenance & Engineering experience
Fluent in English, written and oral
Computer literate and IT enthusiastic
Professional MS Office 2010 skills: Word, PowerPoint, Notes, Outlook
Experience in project management
Able to cope with pressure, to prioritize, to assume responsibilities
Willing to learn new processes, ability to travel occasionally
Programming experience considered an asset
Experience with similar type of aircraft is considered as an asset
Luxembourgish, French, German language skills are considered an advantage
A team player, able to work autonomously with a proactive approach
