Duty Terminal Officer in the Terminal Operations Department

Job Essentials:
- Job involves working in 12 hour rotational shifts (day/night)
- Having strong decision making skills
- Minimum Graduate (12+3) from UGC recognised University
- Minimum experience – 3 years
- Industry Preference – Airlines, Mall Management, Hotels

Key outcomes expected from the role:
- Monitor and ensure efficient passenger flow through check - in and security points and adequate measures are in place for the safe and secure movement of passengers including VIP’s / CIP’s and all airport visitors.
- Work closely with airline personnel to facilitate efficient airline operations, high standard of service delivery and minimal queuing.
- Oversee that emergency procedures are followed in the terminal in the event of an emergency.
- Respond to calls and notify appropriate authorities in case of fires, bomb threats, passengers requiring medical assistance etc.
- Monitor the performance of the various operational facilities like passenger baggage trolleys, operation of inter terminal coaches plying from airside, high standards of cleanliness of lounges, airline office premises etc.
- Ensure serviceability of CCTV / FIDS / PA system / Fire alarm system / various installations like lifts, conveyor belt, escalators, aerobridges, lighting, air conditioning etc.
- Maintain close liaison with BCAS and CISF and Government border agencies.
