As the Domain Operations Leads, you will be driving the Domain delivery and operational structures. Including the design and implementation of frameworks for supplier relationships, oversight of end to end Domain delivery, performance, financial management, and operational and security risk. Uses market intelligence and/or insights to proactively generate, qualify and pursue new opportunities and/or improvements across a Domain. You will be working in a multi supplier outsourced IT environment to ensure end to end service outcomes are achieved and ensuring Service Levels are met, and contract obligations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working in a multi supplier outsourced IT environment to ensure end to end service outcomes are achieved (for instance Service Levels are met, and contract obligations are adhered to)
• Support the Domain Owner in the development of the Domain technology strategy connecting products direction to business outcomes, with a clear focus to ensure connection to the wider Technology strategy and outcomes
• Develop a sustainable approach to financial management for the Domain with responsibility of budget and savings targets and delivery across the Domain
• Build strong relationships with business units, other IT domains and 3rd parties, in collaboration with Domain Owner and Product Owners, to ensure consistent service performance, assurance, and operational vendor management across squads
• Accountable for driving risk (incl security and technical debt) management and data compliance plans and actions across the Domain
• Responsible for the escalation process within the Domain, this role works with the Major Incident function to ensure coordination of the resolving parties across the squads, embeds effective communication, and drives effective post incident outcomes
• Perform Asset Management assurance to ensure accurate invoicing for services consumed.
• Govern and support all ITIL processes required for the service partner to deliver services
• Working with the business stakeholders to prioritise projects and financial spend, ensuring prioritisation for critical business outcomes
• Act as point of contact for business and domains related enquires
• Maintain industry knowledge, which may include overseeing analyses of emerging trends and services in the market, to identify and propose recommendations for improvements in technical area
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members and advocate the team’s value with the business to deliver effective and efficient service outcomes.
• Scan and analyse the competitive, compliance, regulatory and general industry landscape for developments related to the domain, challenge and introduce new opportunities to drive business outcomes
• Complying with legal, regulatory and company standards, guidelines and policies

You’ll have:
• Extensive experience in a large-scale IT transformation programs & technology service delivery role, within a multi-vendor complex environment including responsibility for performance, service level and financial management
• Deep technical and hands on knowledge across a wide range of DC, IT Infrastructure and cloud technologies
• The ability to communicative effectively with stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
• Strong influencing skills, including sound presentation skills with an ability to communicate in both technical and business language
• Can solve, or lead the solving of, strategic problems of high complexity on a large scale and across multiple stakeholders and partners
• Strong commercial, negotiation & conflict management skills
• The ability to work towards strict and conflicting deadlines and can plan and prioritise in an environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking, a keen attention to detail and the ability to stay flexible and adapt to consistent change
• A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Information System or relevant field
• Relevant industry certification – for example: ITIL certification
