Document administrator for busy aviation company based in near Gloucester to support Chief Engineer on a rolling contract basis.
Rate c. £11 per hour PAYE or £14 per hour Limited/Umbrella


Main responsibilities of Document Administrator
· Ensuring all documents are quality controlled
· High level of accuracy
· Electronically delivering, receiving, distributing and tracking incoming/outgoing engineering communications for the programme; between the customer, manufacturer and numerous suppliers, globally.
· Ensure all documents are entered into the document management systems promptly
· Responsible for final accuracy check on all reports prior to delivery.
· Communicate with colleagues, customer, and suppliers
· Considerable communication is required with Chief Engineer to co-ordinate and track document deliverables.
· Assist new members on how to use the database management system as required.
