Director of Maintenance

Zenon are currently seeking an Aviation Director of Engineering / Technical Director for a Permanent opportunity.

 

Our client is a well-established but fast growing VIP MRO based in Southern UK. A suitable candidate will need to have been a Post Holder within an Aviation MRO organisation for at least 5 years, preferably with a current B1 or B2 Part 66 Licence (although lapsed licences can be considered for the right candidate). You will be able to clearly demonstrate a background in Performance & Service delivery, Quality & Production Management and On-Time performance within the aviation base maintenance environment.

 

Must be exceptionally well versed in budget control and running an aircraft MRO to very tight controls.

 

We will need you to be able to evidence recent experience of operating a Part 145 organisation with at least 5 aircraft concurrently.

 

VIP or VVIP exposure is a benefit but not essential. If you can clearly demonstrate a passion for engineering in the business aviation space, please get in touch or share within your network.
