Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Identify and coordinate opportunities across the various departments to ensure seamless interactions for customer and maximum value for AerSale.
• Continual development of current and future customer accounts.
• Ensure that AerSale is more effective at cross-selling products and services.
• Identify, negotiate and secure contractual programs for the airlines and aviation customers.
• Conduct necessary travel to meet customers worldwide aimed at establishing long term prosperous relationships.
• Represent AerSale at various industry trade shows to meet with new customers and vendors and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and develop innovative new sales programs aimed at increasing revenues and maximizing margins.
• Support development of annual sales targets and establish travel budgets to support the regional customer base.
• Continually analyze markets to identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Open, timely communication flow within the global sales team and across AerSale.
Reports to: VP of Global Sales
Supervises: AerSale Regional Agents, as applicable
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Technical field or related field is required. MBA degree is preferred.
• Must have at least ten (10) years of previous experience in the airline industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results is required.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and function as a member of the team.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be efficient with a desire to succeed.
• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel often and with short notice.
