Job Role:

The Director/Associate Director, People Rewards will provide leadership and oversight in the areas of compensation & benefit, incentives, performance management and the policy function. You will work in close partnership with the HR team and key stakeholders to drive, develop and refresh the philosophy, management and implementation of incentives for all employee groups of Changi Airport Group (CAG). You will also lead timely reviews of CAG’s compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness as well as regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People Services and Rewards, the successful applicant will:


Lead a robust performance management framework and strategy to drive desired performance and leadership behaviours in CAG
Oversee the design, development and review of the incentive framework in CAG, and oversee the execution of the various instruments, the distribution of incentives and the management of scorecards and target setting
Manage CAG-wide compensation & benefit philosophy, framework and policies
Manage senior management compensation (end to end from design through to implementation as well as Board engagement and approval)
Manage, partner and oversee consultants and vendors who are engaged on rewards related projects
Lead the job evaluation policy and practice for the job grade structure in CAG
Oversee the review of key HR policies and ensure compliance of policies to regulations


Requirements


At least 10 years’ of experience in leading a team;
At least 15 years’ of experience in handling key HR functions especially in the areas of performance management, incentives, compensation & benefit
Deep knowledge of statutory requirements
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively
Ability to work with financial models and a good acumen for numerals
A strong people manager and leader
Possess strong interpersonal, writing, presentation and organizational skills
Adaptable, driven and able to engage key stakeholders
