Delivery Manager Commercial IT & Digital Development
SAS IT & Digital Innovation is responsible for IT as well as Digital Development within Scandinavian Airlines. The organization has its primary location, the SAS Head Office at Frösundavik in Solna, outside Stockholm. In the role of Delivery Manager Commercial IT & Digital Development, the successful candidate will report to Mats O. Eklund, VP BCIO Commercial IT & Digital Development.
You will be responsible for together with a very skilled set of colleagues maximizing SAS business performance through provision of highly effective, efficient, and innovative IT services and solutions.
You will be part of the management team in the Commercial IT & Digital Development with responsibility for the quality in operation, and development of IT delivery processes with a special focus on Digital Services, Cyber Security and strategic partner delivery.
Additionally, you will support the VP BCIO in Digital steering processes and the managers in Commercial IT & Digital Development developing IT delivery.
As Delivery Manager, you are a key player in developing SAS future digital capabilities
end-to-end supporting Scandinavia’s largest e-commerce platform – traveling within Scandinavia and international locations should be anticipated.
Main areas of responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for Quality of Service from all suppliers in whole business area.
* Driving the ITIL-process implementation and development across the department
* Continual Service Improvement Manager, responsible to maintain way-of-working
* Risk & IT Service Continuity Manager within Commercial IT & Digital development
* Supplier Manager, responsible to develop and maintain relationship with 3rd party suppliers
* Mandate to assign and prioritize supplier tasks within current budget and plans
* Mandate to approve of documentation within the boundaries of the IT service
Experience and Background Desired:
* University degree or equivalent
* Experience in similar IT management work
* Extensive experience in driving agile/DevOps web/app-development
* Extensive experience working in a customer oriented organization
* Relevant airline distribution and core processing knowledge is preferred
* Experience from handling off-shore delivery teams
* Extensive LEAN, Scrum and ITSM experience

Frösundavik is a great place to work. There is a gym, restaurant, café and a variety of services to make your life easier. It’s located in a green area of Solna and close to Hagaparken and Brunnsviken. There’s a non-stop bus connection from the Central Station to Frösunda and commuter trains to/from Solna Station. Of course, cycling is another option and many of us enjoy the scenic route to the office every day.
