Data transformation manager

Mission

The Data Transformation Manager is responsible within the Digital and retail services department for managing and driving growth of the company by ensuring all revenue opportunities, cost reductions as well as customer improvements from the CRM are maximized.

The Data Transformation Manager is responsible for managing and leading the data landscape to ensure operational excellence via enhanced and advanced analytics processes and reporting solutions.

Tasks

1. CRM

* Define the CRM strategy in closed collaboration with the different units and more especially with the Customer Experience, marketing, Sales and IT teams, with objectives to increase the NPS but also to stimulate growth.

* Advice management on opportunities to be integrated in the roadmaps. Propose recommendations for CRM, based on a well-founded analysis and taking into account the financial impact, business priorities and unit strategy

* Lead and implement the different CRM initiatives. E2E responsibility for the successful implementation of the CRM initiatives. Define key requirements for the CRM roadmap in alignment with the different units and more especially with the CEX, MKT and IT teams.

* Take ownership and responsibility for operating costs (opex) and capital expenditures (capex), making sure they remain under budget.

* Take accountability for adoption and implementation of global best-practices, tools and processes.

2. Business Intelligence

* Drive the definition of the future data landscape in closed collaboration with the data model expert and the data domain architect in order to be able to answer in an efficient way to the increasing number of requests related to CRM or reporting

* Manage the planning of the teams and ensure that we have sufficient competences on board to be able to answer to the different needs of the company, in line with the budget granted by the RAC / MBO.

* Lead, coach and guide a team of business intelligence experts, stimulate knowledge, skill building, professionalism and sense of quality & responsibility steering them in bringing best-in-class support to Customer.

Profile

* Master degree (Business or IT) or equivalent through experience in a related function.

* Minimum 3 years professional experience in a management role with strategic and conceptual responsibilities

* Good understanding or ability to learn quickly data-related systems

* Experience or familiarity with data development methodologies.

* General IT affinity. Able to discuss with IT in a constructive way.

* Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills;

* Assertive, ability to take ownership of the job and to work autonomously, flexible and able to cope with an ever changing environment;

* Able to work under pressure in a busy environment and perform the necessary flexibility in favor of our operations;

* Open-minded, team player with excellent communication skills;

* Open to varied tasks
